Unit 3"Why do people immigrate to other countries?"
                            

   My experience with living in America

English is very important if you want to live in the U.S. You will need to study English. I have already noticed that it is very difficult to do many things without knowing English.

I came to Rochester in America, two weeks ago. If I want to go shopping, I need to speak English to a sales Clark. For example, if I want to try on a different size of clothing. If I get sick, I need to go to a hospital land ask the doctor questions in English. If I want to have dinner in a restaurant, I need to know on named of the dishes in English. I realized that in almost every situation I need to listen and speak English well.

In future II will continue studding English. I hope someday I can use English fluently.

Unit 4 "What are the benefits of positive thinking?"

     My favorite saying about positive thinking

      I like this saying “Believe that you will succeed and you will.”

      There are several reasons why I like this saying. First this saying makes me full of courage and strength. I also believe that there is no limit to your potential. There is no limit to what you can do and whatever you want to dream about.You can bring them into your life. I have an experience that can be a good example for this saying. Several years ago, I had a chance to stay in my university as a teacher. The position for the job was very competitive. I thought it’s difficult for me to get the job, but I made the plans and did a lot of preparations to pass the examinations. I believe in myself  then I was able to get the job. My dream came true!

     Because of this experience, I think that  believing in yourself can help you succeed, like the saying says.

   
Reflections:
I choose Unit4 writing piece"My favorite saying about positive thinking". Because I like the saying.This saying makes me full of strength and courage.This saying will motivate me to take concrete actions to improve myself every day.                                    

    
Unit 5 " Why is vacation important?"
                           The Toys Inc. vacation policy now and the possible new policy
 I am against the change in vacation policy for Toys Inc. There are several reasons why I support option.

     First of all, I think the employees should take their two weeks of vacation anytime each year.This is because sometimes employees’ families need them, so they can use their vacation as their families need.

    I also think it’s good for the company because the company can open their business all year long. The company can increase the number of toys they produce.

    Finally, I really support option 1 because every time employees feel sick or tired, they can use their vacations to improve their health and reduce their stress.

    For these reasons, I support that option 1. I think it’s a good vacation policy for Toys Inc.
